esc Director Gavin Morgan was delighted to attend the official opening of McArthur Hall and the School House at Methodist College Belfast by Education Minister and past-pupil Michelle McIlveen.
The esc team is proud to have provided Quantity Surveying and Project Management services on the sensitive restoration and extension of the listed Grade B1 School House.
