Leaders Talk NI recently had a chat with Anthony Kieran of AURIENT LTD who esc is working with to deliver The Regency – six luxurious apartments at Upper Crescent, Belfast.
Anthony says “This is certainly the ultimate passion project that I have. Using local builders Noel Savage, Gerry Rogers are the architect and esc are doing project management.”
This refurbishment project is Early uncovering original features that have been boarded up for perhaps 100 years or more.
