CAFRE Greenmount Campus Redevelopment, Antrim
Major redevelopment of CAFRE Greenmount Campus to create a new 15,000sqm sustainable campus, designed to Passivhaus Premium and BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ accreditations.
Three new buildings constructed around a series of landscaped courtyards will be integrated into the existing landscape (which includes Grade B1 listed buildings) will deliver:
- A 200-bed student accommodation unit with residents’ leisure and social space
- A state of the art teaching building
- A central hub accommodating offices, reception, dining hall and conference centre.
The redevelopment will be delivered in three phases to minimise disruption.
Planning approval was granted in October 2024.
