We are thrilled that both the South West College Erne Campus and The School House at Methodist College Belfast have been shortlisted in this year’s RICS Awards 2022.
The SWC Erne Campus, the world’s first educational, and currently the largest, Passive House Premium (PHP) rated building has been shortlisted in the Public Sector Project category and Methodist College Belfast is a finalist in the Public Sector Project category and the Revitalisation/Refurbishment categories.
The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure and recognise outstanding achievement, teamwork and companies.
