Old Mill Surgery Extension, Ards Community Hospital

New single-storey extension to the existing Old Mill Surgery within the grounds of Ards Community Hospital, Newtownards, to increase the practice’s clinical capacity and create modern, purpose-built accommodation.

Designed around a new light-filled entrance lobby and reception, the extension provides additional clinical rooms, an improved staff workspace and a bright, spacious waiting area, providing access to physiotherapy, mental health practitioners, social workers, and traditional GP services.

Accessibility was also enhanced through wheelchair-friendly facilities and dedicated parking for disabled patients and families.
