The Old School House at Methodist College
The sensitive restoration and extension of Methodist College Belfast’s Grade B1 listed School House has enhanced facilities for 1,800 pupils and staff while safeguarding the building for future generations.
Located within the Queen’s Conservation Area, the 150-year-old building’s distinctive Tudoresque entrance, oak-lined reception and ornate balustrade have been carefully restored. Two new extensions provide additional classroom accommodation, successfully combining the school’s historic character with modern educational facilities.
