Holy Trinity College, Cookstown
New 3-storey school building (c.16,000m2) to provide a modern education facility for 1,300 pupils. The main building is constructed around a central courtyard with single storey sports and technology annexes and 3G full-size GAA pitch.
The new school is constructed on a shale pitch at the rear of the existing school building, which remained operational for the duration of the project, and is delivered in two phases:
- Phase 1 New school building (completed October 2025) and new championship size GAA pitch (completed in May 2025)
- Phase 2 Demolition of the existing school and delivery of extensive external works, including a dedicated bus drop-off zone and car parking facilities
