The Courthouse Shared Space Creative Hub in Bushmills was completed in the summer of 2024, and we are thrilled to present some stunning images that highlight the remarkable transformation of the derelict Grade B1 listed Old Courthouse, on which esc were Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors.
The Old Courthouse. which was on the At Risk Register, has been thoughtfully restored, and a 3-storey extension has been added to create a new 15,600sqft arts and cultural hub. This vibrant space includes a messy studio, 15 workshop areas, visitor amenities, a shop and café, as well as meeting, event, and retail spaces, parking, a garden area, plus a new home for The Designerie – a local arts and crafts social enterprise.
It has been a fantastic project to collaborate on with an outstanding team, and we take great pride in adding this to our growing cultural and heritage portfolio.
