A planning application has been submitted for the redevelopment of the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) Greenmount campus, Antrim.
esc are providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services on this exciting project, as part of the Hamilton Architects led design team. The new 15,000sqm sustainable campus, designed to Passivhaus Premium and BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, will provide state-of-the-art student accommodation, a teaching building and conference and office facilities.
