We recently welcomed Gerard McDonagh BSc (Hons) to the esc team as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Gerard is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 13 years’ experience working on multi-million residential, commercial, and education projects throughout Northern Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
Gerard says:
“When I first met with esc Directors Roan and Gavin, I knew I wanted to join the esc team. They were both friendly, down to earth, and very professional; people I was keen to work with. esc’s progressive work culture and uniquely flexible working arrangement, which gives staff the opportunity to take alternate Fridays off for no loss of pay, has given me a better work life balance.”
Gerard’s expertise aligns with esc’s goals and portfolio, and his skills and personality complement our team of energetic, professional and highly experienced people. Gerard is currently working on St. Peters Primary School (Collegelands) Co. Armagh, Newry Civic & Regional Hub and Newry Theatre & Conference Centre projects.
Gerard adds:
“I have been impressed by the extensive range of projects I have been given the opportunity to work on and look forward to working with the team to apply my knowledge to esc’s diverse project portfolio and deliver exceptional results for our clients.”
