It’s been a busy few weeks, but yesterday we finally got the chance to celebrate International Women’s Day with the amazing women in the esc team.
A delicious lunch at Margot in Belfast, goodie bags and our esc “Women Appreciation Awards” made it the perfect opportunity to recognise the talent, dedication and impact these women bring to our team every day. It was also a great excuse to step away from the office, relax and enjoy a natter and laugh together.
At esc, we believe progress happens when everyone is involved. While IWD shines a global spotlight on women’s achievements, we’re proud to foster a culture where both men and women are equally valued, supported and celebrated in our workplace all year round.
