esc Construction Consultants has further enhanced our Project Management and Quantity Surveying team’s expertise with the appointment of Senior Project Manager Kevin Dougall MRICS NEC ECC, Project Manager Alan Lamont HND, ACIOB, ACIAT and Quantity Surveyor Stephen McCullough BSc LLM MCIOB MCIArb AssocRICS. Project Manager Nađa Milivojević PhD ARB (pictured) joined the team at the end of last year.
An NEC3 Accredited Project Manager, Kevin Dougall brings over 40 years’ experience as a Project Manager and Chartered Quantity Surveyor to the team working on projects across Ireland in the agriculture, animal health research, education, food production, health, manufacturing, private and social housing, tourism and transport sectors.
Kevin says:

Project Manager Alan Lamont’s professional experience extends to working with organisations in N.Ireland in the residential, commercial, mixed use, industrial sectors over the past 25 years. He has been instrumental in the project progress of the new £20m Beef Build Complex for AFBI/CAFRE with field visits to enterprises in GB, France and the Netherlands to develop research papers and specifications.
Alan also brings his design management expertise with one of the top tier contractors in N.Ireland working on major shopping centre Refit schemes within mainland UK up to the value of c.£20 million, delivering and exceeding client’s expectations.

Quantity Surveyor Stephen McCullough brings his expertise in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication gained over 12 years working in the Middle East, North Africa and USA on various projects totalling over $1 billion.
