At esc construction consultants, we’re proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 (May 11–17) by taking meaningful action and supporting Mental Health through our Social Value Commitment – together.
This year’s theme is Action – because while awareness matters, real change comes from what we do…
For ourselves 💚 We’re taking on our annual Step Challenge and, as a competitive bunch, every step will count! From morning and lunchtime walks to squeezing in extra steps outside of work, we’ll be staying active all week. One simple, positive action – fresh air, more movement and plenty of conversation to support our mental wellbeing.
For someone else 💚 Our surroundings have a real impact on mental health. As part of our Social Value Commitment, esc actively supports cleaner, safer communities – so, as we clock up our steps, we’ll also be giving back by litter picking around Belfast Lough shore. It’s a great chance to step away from the desk and do something worthwhile together.
For all of us 💚 Collective action drives lasting change and helps reduce stigma around mental health.
Even small actions can make a difference. Together, we can build healthier habits, stronger communities and a more open conversation around mental health and wellbeing.
The esc team is taking action – one step at a time!
