The Trustees and Board of Governors of Mary Queen of Peace Primary School have announced the appointment of Woodvale Construction Ltd as main contractor for the delivery of the new £7.28 million school development at Glenravel.
esc construction consultants are providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services as part of the Hamilton Architects led design team, overseeing both the strategic delivery and commercial management of the scheme from inception through to completion.

The new school will bring together St Mary’s Primary School, Cargan, and Glenravel Primary School, Martinstown, into a single, state-of-the-art educational environment designed to support the long-term needs of the local community.
Construction is scheduled to commence on site in March 2026, with completion anticipated in summer 2027. Through structured project governance, proactive cost management and coordinated programme oversight, esc will work closely with the client and wider consultant team to ensure the successful delivery of this important investment in local education infrastructure.
