During Mental Health Awareness Week, the esc team laced up their trainers and took on our annual Step Challenge. From morning walks and lunchtime strolls to extra steps after work, everyone embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, friendly competition and a shared focus on wellbeing.
Every step counted towards supporting both physical and mental health, encouraging us to get outdoors, move more and make time for meaningful conversations throughout the week.
