Works are progressing well at the Dundonald International Ice Bowl Redevelopment, a flagship project that will deliver a major boost to leisure and entertainment facilities in the wider Dundonald area and Northern Ireland as a whole. The esc team is proud to be providing quantity surveying services on this significant development.
A recently released timelapse video by Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council showcases the transformation of the site, capturing the journey from the demolition of part of the existing building through to the impressive new structure now emerging on site. The footage highlights the scale of progress achieved to date and offers a glimpse of the modern facilities taking shape.
Commenting on the project, Councillor Tim Mitchell, Chair of the Community & Wellbeing Committee at Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, said:
“This landmark project will transform leisure and entertainment in the wider Dundonald area and is set to become a premier tourist destination for families across Northern Ireland.”
The redevelopment of the Dundonald International Ice Bowl represents a major investment in the region’s leisure infrastructure and is expected to play a key role in attracting visitors and supporting community wellbeing for years to come.
