2025 has been a year of momentum for esc, delivering Quantity Surveying and Project Management services across education, sport, leisure and community projects. We’re incredibly proud of what the team has achieved.
Key highlights included Ulidia Integrated College, the £35m transformation of Holy Trinity College, and the new clubhouse at Lisburn Golf Club — projects that reflect the value of strong commercial control, clear governance and collaboration.
We were delighted to secure new appointments at Carrickfergus Academy, Edmund Rice College, Portadown College and St Killian’s Sixth Form Centre, alongside our appointment by Ulster Rugby to deliver their Club Capital Improvement Project across 30 grassroots clubs in Northern Ireland. We’re hoping to share some exciting new contract award announcements in the conservation and sports and leisure sectors soon.
Progress continued across live projects, with planning approvals secured for multiple schools and major developments including the BetMcLean Oval Stadium Redevelopment, while works at Dundonald Ice Bowl also moved forward.
Sustainability remained a key focus, with South West College Erne Campus and CAFRE – Greenmount Campus being showcased as leading low-energy projects across the region at the UK & Ireland Passivhaus Conference.
Above all, we celebrated our people — from wellbeing initiatives and team challenges to marking key events throughout the year. 2025 marked two years on from introducing our flexible working policy – and the benefits continue to speak for themselves.
Thank you to our clients, partners, and team for your continued trust. Here’s to building on this success in 2026.
